Responsibilities:

Layout, position, align, and fit together fabricated parts of metal according to blueprints and layout specifications
Operate hand and power tools to weld, bolt, rivet, or otherwise fasten structures
Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals within specified timeframes
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and precision

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Structural Fitter Ship Fitter
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and precision
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
