Requirements: Complete title reviews as assigned Review legal docs to ensure compliance with state laws Address title curative matters and resolve issues Prepare preliminary and final title opinion statements Handle a high volume of transactions Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to the North Carolina bar. South Carolina admission is a bonus. 2+ years of experience with residential real estate title review. Experience addressing curative title matters. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
