Kitchen Team Members are primarily responsible for providing remarkable food service in the back of house and showing care for our guests by focusing on delivering, cooking, and preparing excellent food, providing accurate service, maintaining a clean environment, and offering genuine hospitality. Applicants with 1+ year Chick-fil-A experience will start at $11/hr for Part-Time, $13/hr for Full-Time. Applicants that have full availability to work anytime between 5am-11pm, Monday through Saturday, can earn $1/hr bonus pay. Potential $1 raise after first 120 days with high performance including 100% attendance and punctuality. Potential to quickly be promoted through our leadership system with high performance.Opportunities for career advancement in corporate career tracks and paid leadership training.Full time employees eligible for full health coverage.Scholarship opportunities to invest in your future.Paid uniforms and job training.Work-life balance with Sundays off.Responsibilities:Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.Stock kitchen inventory as needed.Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.Cook and prepare food following all Chick-fil-A recipes and guidelines.Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:Must be 16 years of age or older.Full time, open availability required.
