  • Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients.

  • Designing and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's goals.

  • Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to clients’ preferences and challenges.

  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and accurate documentation of client interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

This role requires flexibility and adaptability as our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction challenges. You will provide therapeutic support to clients from various backgrounds, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach in all interactions. Qualifications\n

  • A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

  • A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

  • Competency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to a wide range of mental health issues.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

  • At least two years of experience in a counseling setting, providing mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
