Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing/Accounting Management:
Maintain rental ticketing/invoicing between different systems
Round on any missing tickets from different customers
Ensure timely billing/payment by customers
Ensure accurate revenue is recorded monthly.
Order Coordination:
Process rental requests from clients from different platform.
Track the status of rental of the vehicles and manage return schedules.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to vehicles.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare and maintain rental agreements, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, billing, and inventory.
Generate reports on rental activities and equipment utilization.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure efficient and effective invoicing and collecting payment.
Work with different apps to collect invoices in a timely manner and track costs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in equipment rental coordination, preferably in the oilfield industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and rental management software and others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
