Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities Support daily HR operations activities and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data maintenance, and document management. Assist with maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems. Prepare and process HR-related documentation, including employment letters, onboarding packages, and personnel files. Support new hire onboarding logistics and employee orientation programs. Assist with HR audits, compliance tracking, and record retention initiatives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on employee requests and HR inquiries. Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics as needed. Support visa, immigration, and employment compliance documentation when applicable. Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and system implementation initiatives. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with HRIS systems is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
