This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic retail environment, inspire a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. Working Schedule: Monday-Saturday 45/hr work week Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and a positive shopping experience Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high‑performing retail team Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets Manage inventory, merchandising, and product displays to maximize sales floor impact Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and care Ensure store compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols Analyze key retail metrics and prepare regular performance reports for leadership Requirements: 2+ years of retail management or assistant management experience Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team Strong customer service skills with a customer‑first mindset Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and retail POS systems Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus About Us: George Washington Toma is a trusted name in the South Shore, known for quality products and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
