Resume del Puesto
Coordina admisiones para el Centro de Rehabilitación. Representa a la Institución y sus servicios en hospitales, oficinas medicas y centros de envegecientes entre otros con el propósito de buscar y/o atender referidos de pacientes para rehabilitación. Realiza el proceso de evaluación de admisión según la necesidad clínica de paciente, los requisitos de la terapias, facilidades y plan médico según corresponda. Cumple con metas de referido y admisiones. Educa a los pacientes y a la comunidad en general sobre los servicios y tratamientos. Visita distintos centros de la isla para el logro de la coordinación de admisiones de rehabilitación. Mantienen comunicación con todo el equipo multidisciplinario del Centro de Rehabilitación. Otras funciones asociadas al puesto.
Requisitos del Puesto
Bachillerato en Ciencias de la Salud, como Enfermería y con licencia vigente de su profesión.
CPR.
Certificado de Salud.
Certificado de Buena Conducta.
Certificado de vacunas Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicela, Covid.
Vehículo propio y licencia de conducir.
Experiencia en el campo de la salud de 2 años Experiencia en ventas de servicios de 2 años.
Habilidad de comunicación verbal y escrita en ambos idiomas.
