Role Overview
As the first point of contact, you are the heartbeat of the hotel. This role is unique because it blends traditional front desk duties with lounge and pantry management. You aren't just checking guests in; you are creating a seamless experience whether they are looking for a room key, a craft cocktail, or a midnight snack from the pantry.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Handle check-ins/outs, manage reservations, and provide local recommendations with a friendly, professional "can-do" attitude.
• Bar & Lounge Support: Assist with basic drink service or seating in the lounge area during peak hours, ensuring the atmosphere remains welcoming and clean.
• Pantry Management: Keep the 24/7 guest pantry fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Handle transactions for retail items and monitor inventory levels.
• Problem Solving: Address guest concerns immediately and empower yourself to find creative solutions to ensure a 5-star stay.
• Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and facility standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hospitality Mindset: Previous experience in hotels or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Multitasking Pro: Ability to pivot between a computer screen and a physical lounge environment without losing focus.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Certifications: Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Card or Alcohol Server Permit (if required by local law).
