You'll create integrated marketing solutions using:

• Radio advertising across ListenUpRadio stations
• Digital marketing solutions through KeweenawReport.com, MyUPNow.com and our broader digital offerings.
• Sponsorships, promotions and integrated campaigns across ListenUpRadio and associated brands

What you'll do

• Develop and grow an advertising book of business in the Copper Country and Iron County.
• Prospect, develop and close new business with local and regional advertisers.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners and decisionmakers.
• Create strategic advertising plans tailored to each client's goals.
• Recommend effective combinations of Radio and digital, sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
• Manage client activity with strong organization, follow-through and accountability.

You're driven, creative and passionate about helping businesses solve problems. You enjoy meeting people, earning trust and taking ownership of your success.

Successful candidates bring strong communication, relationship-building and presentation skills; a proactive approach to prospecting and closing; and the organization and independence to follow through. You'll also bring a collaborative, accountable and customer-focused mindset.

Sales experience in media, retail, automotive, insurance or a related field is helpful-but not required. We'll train an ambitious candidate with the right attitude and drive. This role involves working primarily face-to-face with clients in the Copper Country and Iron County.

Compensation: $35,000-$75,000 per year, including supplemental pay such as commission. Compensation is based on experience, performance and the sales opportunities you create. Includes a $50 monthly cell phone allowance.
