Licensed Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Licensed Architect to join a forward-thinking and innovative team in Florida. You'll be working on diverse projects from residential to commercial developments, with the freedom to bring your vision to life while ensuring compliance with Florida's unique building codes and regulations.

• Lead and manage projects across all phases-from design concept through construction administration.
• Partner directly with clients to understand their goals and translate their vision into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with Florida Building Codes , zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design integrity, and resolve challenges.
• Research and specify sustainable building materials and finishes.
• Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused work environment.
• Support business development activities and strengthen client relationships.

• Active Florida Architect license in good standing (required).
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience, ideally in residential and/or commercial projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Chief Architect, and rendering software.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Building Codes and local regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated design excellence with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Commitment to sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices.
• Experience with land planning or commercial design is a plus.
