We are looking for a highly skilled Licensed Architect to join a forward-thinking and innovative team in Florida. This role is perfect for someone who wants to lead projects from concept through completion, collaborate with top professionals, and leave a lasting mark on the built environment. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage projects across all phases-from design concept through construction administration.
- Partner directly with clients to understand their goals and translate their vision into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with Florida Building Codes , zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design integrity, and resolve challenges.
- Research and specify sustainable building materials and finishes.
- Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused work environment.
- Support business development activities and strengthen client relationships.
- Active Florida Architect license in good standing (required).
- 5+ years of professional architectural experience, ideally in residential and/or commercial projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited or equivalent).
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Chief Architect, and rendering software.
- Strong knowledge of Florida Building Codes and local regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated design excellence with a strong, diverse portfolio.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Commitment to sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices.
- Experience with land planning or commercial design is a plus.
