Ultrasound Technician Assignment
The role is a 13-week travel ultrasound technician assignment in Grants, New Mexico, performing a variety of diagnostic studies and delivering high-quality patient care. The position offers up to $2,700 per week and is ideal for ultrasound professionals seeking short-term clinical variety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams per physician orders
- Conduct OB, General, Vascular, and Breast studies
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning
- Accurately document findings and communicate results to the care team
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and follow imaging protocols
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- OB ultrasound experience
- General ultrasound experience
- Vascular ultrasound experience
- Breast ultrasound experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
- Active ARDMS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work in New Mexico
