Senior Luxury Retail Sales Lead

rag & bone in Sag Harbor is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead service standards and help achieve store goals. This full-time role acts as a backbone of the store management team, ensuring customers are attended to and policy is followed.
You will mentor Sales Associates and demonstrate product knowledge while collaborating with management. You will work with Visual Merchandising on floor sets, manage inventory processes, and ensure accurate POS transactions.
