Servicing Department Junior Supervisor – Westlake Financial Westlake Financial is the largest privately held auto finance company in the Nation. We are seeking a Junior Supervisor for our Servicing Department to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, coach staff, and resolve escalated issues under minimal supervision. Responsibilities Understand all department services, procedures, and guidelines and communicate them to team members. Monitor live reports and phone calls to ensure proper handling and compliance. Maintain weekly and monthly account audits, call scoring, and accurate attendance records. Document all interactions with agents and update the coaching log. Conduct performance reviews, organize training sessions for under‑performers, and provide continuous coaching. Communicate professionally with internal and external customers. Assist with escalated customer calls and step in to manage actual calls when needed. Directly supervise 15 or more employees in the Servicing Department. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and extended hours; light travel required. Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel and management issues. Review delinquent account records, determine contacts for overdue collections, assign tasks, and verify account accuracy. Authorise or refer accounts for repossession or legal action against debtors. Supervise related clerical activities, prepare composite reports, and adjust errors. Develop and standardise procedures to improve efficiency and maintain workplace harmony. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and applicable laws. Qualifications High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience with a team of at least 5 direct reports. Ability to interpret and explain policies and procedures to others. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with sound judgment. Excellent communication, grammar, and email etiquette. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work overtime, weekends, and evenings. Good interpersonal skills; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Must be able to maintain an 8‑hour shift and be flexible for extended hours and travel as needed. Pay Rate $22.00 per hour plus bonus potential.
