Compliance Analyst I Join a collaborative team shaping enterprise compliance and advancing transformative energy funding, where you can make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, high visibility role. $54,000 - $67,000| Hybrid with in-person reporting to Duluth, MN What You'll Do Support enterprise-wide compliance programs, strategic initiatives, and government funding activities across the organization. Partner with internal stakeholders to help ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, permits, contracts, and company policies and procedures. Monitor and track government funding opportunities and assist in preparing application materials and supporting documentation. Help manage grant compliance activities, including adherence to grant requirements and energy tax credit compliance obligations. Stay current on emerging compliance issues, regulatory developments, and industry trends to support continuous improvement of the company's compliance program. Collaborate closely with legal, risk management, accounting, finance, tax, and other business functions to support compliance and funding-related efforts. Manage detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy while balancing tight and shifting deadlines tied to government funding cycles. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical solutions to enhance compliance and operational effectiveness. Apply sound judgment, initiative, and creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. May provide guidance and support to less experienced team members. Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and collaboration. Promote and support the company's overall culture of ethics, accountability, and compliance. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree required. No prior experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Valid driver's license. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, and experience.
