Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Job Description

The Warehouse Operator receives, inspects, and records incoming materials while ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper documentation within a fast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This role works closely with procurement, inventory, and production planning teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, support shipping and receiving activities, and uphold efficient warehouse operations using SAP and other logistics tools.

Responsibilities

Forklift Driver

• Receive and sign for raw material deliveries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Check all deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy of quantity, description, and other order details.
• Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards and conformance requirements.
• Enter and receive materials in SAP and upload all related documents to Basecamp or other designated systems.
• Collaborate with procurement staff to maintain and update a list of expected deliveries.
• Receive shipments and complete all required paperwork upon receipt.

Work Environment

The role is based in a climate-controlled, fast-paced manufacturing facility with an active warehouse and production environment. You will work around material handling equipment such as forklifts and will regularly load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. The environment emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and safety, with frequent interaction across procurement, inventory, and production planning teams. Work involves using SAP, Microsoft Office, and logistics systems for data entry, documentation, and coordination. The setting is structured, organized, and geared toward supporting continuous operations and on-time production.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Charleston, SC.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in North Charleston,SC.
