Embedded SW Engineer – LTE/5G NR
\nSummary
\nThe Embedded SW Engineer will be responsible for implementing embedded software that
\nforms part of our product line. This role will support our next Generation 5G Chipset.
\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities
\n• Design and document software systems.
\n• Implement embedded real-time software modules and systems according to an
\nagreed software architecture.
\n• Implement module and system-level testing for all software developed.
\n• Coordinate with test teams to ensure that all software is tested, and all open issues
\nare addressed.
\nSkills and Abilities
\n• Expert in embedded C/C++ programming
\n• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
\n• Must be proactive, taking initiative and working in a collaborative team
\nenvironment.
\n• Broad general knowledge of embedded devices and standards such as TCP, IP,
\nWebSockets and
\n• Must have strong critical thinking skills.
\n• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n• Ability to use sound judgment when representing the Company.
\n• Foster a professional attitude and demonstrate integrity and flexibility.
\n• Entrepreneurial, rapid learner, inquisitive, and persistent
\n• Detailed and disciplined.
\n• Proactive Personality (“Can Do Attitude”)
\nWork Experience
\n• Must have at least 5+ years' experience in real-time embedded software development on
\nplatforms using Real-time Operating Systems.
\n• Must have 5+ years’ experience C/C++ embedded programming skills
\n• 2+ years' experience in the wireless industry preferred/5G NR preferred.
\n• Must have strong fundamental skills in DSP, Filter Design, FFT/IFFT
\nEducation
\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is required
