Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position spans from early August through late May and is primarily based onsite in a supportive, collaborative school environment near Brighton, CO. Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification (must be current)
• Experience working in educational or school-based settings, preferably elementary
• Ability to provide a copy of your CDE license or COOL with your application (required for interview consideration)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in multidisciplinary environments
• Expertise in functional behavior assessments, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Commitment to best practices in applied behavior analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Support two elementary schools with behavioral assessment, intervention, and ongoing program management
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Coach, mentor, and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure continuity and effectiveness of behavioral supports
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Provide staff training and consultation for ongoing capacity building
• Maintain accurate records, data collection, and timely reporting
