Hours: 20 hours (part-time)
Campus: Melbourne

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the transportation of the CCA students to and from the Viera campus, as well as to and from sports events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Always be on time for work (Colossians 3:23)
Greet the students as they are entering the van
Must have and maintain an excellent driving record
Enforce any safety rules in place for passengers of vehicle (1 Corinthians 14:40)
Be familiar with emergency protocol
Willing to work a split shift (Proverbs 16:3)
Remain calm in all situations (Ephesians 4:3)
Be respectful to parents when interacting with them
Keep all (students, parents, staff) personal and medical information confidential (Proverbs 21:23)
Keep the ministry in the forefront of all you do
Function as a productive part of the church staff and attend staff meetings in coordination with direct supervisor (1 Peter 4:10)
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor (Colossians 3:23)

Skills and Competencies:
Must have a CDL with S&P endorsements
Good communication skills, especially with students ages K-12
Conscientious driver, maintaining composure during all driving conditions

Other Qualifications:
Calvary Chapel must be your home church with regular attendance
Demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus through spiritual and moral integrity (Romans 10:9-10)
Fruit of the Spirit is consistently displayed in your life (Galatians 5:22-23)
Be a reflection of Gods love to colleagues and visitors (John 13:34-35)
Participation in our church body for at least one year
Mature, ongoing relationship with Christ and regularly attend church service
Servant-heart and optimistic attitude (Philippians 2:3)
A dependable team player who understands unity and works well with people (Ephesians 4:3)
Ability to set boundaries to limit non-work-related communication
Ability to stay within the parameters of the job description when on the clock
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information (Proverbs 21:23)
