Retail Store Team Leader (Part-Time) - Garden State Plaza, Paramus, NJ

Job Description Role focused on driving profitable sales through effective visual merchandising, space management, and team leadership in LEGO Brand Retail stores. Responsibilities Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information. Assist to ensure appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized. Maintain store graphics system (including pricing) with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales. Ensure that all fixtures are replenished. Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop the business further. Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines. Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing LEGO Brand, Vision and Values. Experience and Qualifications Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment. Delivery of employee training, facilitating meetings, and delivering feedback. Ability to use voice amplifiers, headsets, earpieces, and/or microphones. Ability to drive top-line sales through effective floor leadership and people development. Execute effective floor leadership. Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing; experience with point-of-sale automated systems. Ability to ensure store goals are achieved through smart actions and strategic planning. Elevate the guest experience through merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising. Physical requirements: constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, lifting at least 30 lbs; ability to perform traffic counting duties outside the store. Availability to work up to 20 hours per week (availability required, not guaranteed). Benefits and Additional Information Competitive hourly wage range: $21.45 to $22.85, dependent on responsibilities and market factors.
