Position Overview OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches (Group Fitness Instructors) to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. We understand you have a life outside of work Studio Membership and Discounts: Access a free Studio Membership, product discounts, and a 50% discount for families Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach: Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren't Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout Requirements No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification. We're looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
