Showroom & Sales Support Specialist

A leading luxury design firm in Dallas, TX is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Showroom & Sales Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting daily showroom operations and driving seamless sales execution. This in person role is an exciting, multifaceted opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys blending administrative support with client interaction. This position has a salary of $55,000-$65,000. It also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, life insurance, 401(k) matching, and PTO. Responsibilities of the Showroom & Sales Support Specialist: Create a welcoming, high-end showroom experience by assisting walk-in clients and maintaining a polished, beautifully merchandised space. Prepare quotes, proposals, and project documentation with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring all details are properly entered, tracked, documented, validated, and aligned with production and client expectations. Collaborate with vendors, workrooms, and internal teams to ensure timely production, delivery, and installation, including coordination with factory partners and logistics teams. Track sales activity, manage inventory and samples, and maintain accurate CRM records. Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding timelines, updates, production status, freight coordination, and logistics. Support invoicing, purchase orders, and day-to-day administrative functions to keep operations running efficiently, including financial documentation and coordination with internal finance teams. Qualifications of the Showroom & Sales Support Specialist: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence. Experience in administrative, showroom, or sales support roles preferred. Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Comfortable learning new systems and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools, including sales order platforms and Cloud-based order systems. Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a collaborative team environment, including supporting operations across regions when needed.
