lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications using modern iOS frameworks and architectural principles.You will collaborate across product, design, and engineering enabling you to influence mobile strategy, architecture, and delivery in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.ResponsibilitiesYour ImpactDesign, build, and maintain a robust, scalable multi-module iOS codebase using Swift and SwiftUI with clear modular boundaries and separation of concernsCollaborate with Product, UX, Design, and backend teams to translate requirements into polished user experiences and scalable design systemsBuild and evolve a reusable component library in SwiftUI with a scalable design token system and custom theming capabilitiesApply architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.) to ensure a principled, testable, and maintainable codebaseDevelop local orchestration engines using BGTaskScheduler, Swift Concurrency (async/await, actors), and Combine for managing background and long-running tasksDesign and maintain battery-efficient background location tracking solutions using Core Location (CLLocationManager, geofencing, significant-change monitoring)Implement feature flagging mechanisms (Firebase Remote Config, LaunchDarkly, etc.) to support experimentation, controlled rollouts, and rollback strategiesIntegrate and maintain analytics pipelines (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and enforce event taxonomy and schema governance in collaboration with Product and Data teamsEnsure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA, VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, touch target sizing) are embedded across the UI and design systemShape CI/CD pipelines (Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions, Fastlane) with automated quality gates and performance regression checksImplement APM and performance monitoring tooling (Firebase Performance, New Relic, MetricKit) for application health and optimizationLeverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) and agentic workflows to accelerate development and reduce repetitive tasksMentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, contributing to team growth, engineering quality, and knowledge
