Customer Experience Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative at Grainger, you will support customers in the Wholesale & Retail Products space by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues across phone, email, and digital channels. You’ll leverage product knowledge and internal tools to deliver accurate, timely solutions while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Working within Grainger’s customer-focused, safety-minded culture, you’ll help drive customer satisfaction, support continuous improvement, and contribute to a mission-critical supply chain that keeps businesses running.
