The Pool Ambassador is tasked with being the initial point of contact for entry to the pool area and ensuring community specific rules and regulations are being followed. Frequent interaction with guests and residents. Use reservation system via iPad to check residents in and out for their allotted reservation time. Log any questions or concerns to be reported to Property Manager. Welcoming and friendly demeanor when communicating with guests and other service providers. Work in conjunction with the porter/bathroom attendant to keep common areas and surfaces clean. Follow and enforce adherence to the Community rules and regulations by pool residents and guests. Monitor the access to entry and exit points to avoid congregating. #J-18808-Ljbffr
