As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. You assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You’re a healer and a helper, seeing each patient as an individual and designing a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities. You’re adaptable, collaborative, and teach patients and caregivers skills for independence. Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy to patients. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and refer as needed. Qualifications Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Must have a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
