What You'll Do

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740 for large public and private clients
• Support complex tax projects, including tax accounting, process improvement, and system implementations
• Assist clients with technical tax research, uncertain tax positions (ASC 740-10), and deferred tax analysis
• Partner with client tax and finance teams to support SEC reporting, audit readiness, and financial statement disclosures
• Lead or support projects tied to M&A transactions, restructurings, and other major business events
• Advise C-suite and senior finance leaders, delivering clear, practical recommendations on tax matters
• Build long-term client relationships while gaining exposure to a variety of industries and business challenges

What You Bring

• 4+ years of tax experience at a Top 10 public accounting firm (Big 4 strongly preferred)
• Currently a Senior Tax Accountant, Tax Senior, or Tax Manager
• Active CPA license required
• Strong hands-on experience with ASC 740 income tax provisions, ideally for large public companies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior executives
• A strong work ethic, sound judgment, and a collaborative, team-first mindset
