HVAC Technician for an Apartment Community

Maintenance TechnicianInterSolutions is hiring Apartment HVAC Technicians for apartment communities. Primary responsibilities include accurately completing service tickets and logging all assigned work orders in a timely manner, managing vacant apartments, maintaining the grounds, providing excellent customer service to residents, and performing repairs, installations, services, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards for the apartment community.Requirements include HVAC/EPA experience, certification is a plus, general knowledge of maintenance repair and service, apartment maintenance experience preferred, ability to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work weekends as required.
