Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure excellence in quality and patient experience. Foster positive work environments based on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Conduct interviews, hire, develop, and evaluate departmental leadership. Evaluate personnel performance in a fair and transparent manner. Serve as a role model by demonstrating visibility and effective communication. Participate in establishing the strategic financial plan and monitor expenses. Coordinate care delivery using labor productivity data to plan staffing patterns. Hold self and others accountable for exemplary care delivery. Design, implement, and evaluate programs for compliance with standards.
