We are seeking a dynamic Environmental Building Sciences Field Technician to join our Quincy, MA office. Your Responsibilities as an Environmental Building Sciences Field Technician: * Conduct hazardous materials surveys, including asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, other hazardous materials, and indoor air quality. * Provide oversight of contaminated site remediation and hazardous building materials abatement. * Prepare field notes, photographs, and perform analysis and interpretation of field and analytical data.

• Prepare technical reports for hazardous materials for site assessments.
• Support emergency response services, communicate and collaborate with others,

manage workloads and records, implement health & safety policies, and travel. What We’re Looking For * BA/BS in Environmental Science, or related field, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. * 2+ years of experience in the Industrial Hygiene / Hazardous Building Materials industry.

• Asbestos, Lead, and/or 40‑hr HAZWOPER certification required
• Proficient in MS Office and other commonly used computer programs preferred.
• Familiarity with State Superfund and applicable federal and state regulations

preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong safety mindset and record of safe

work practices. Work Environment & Schedule: * Willingness to conduct asbestos, lead, and mold surveys, remediation monitoring, exposure monitoring, and specialized industrial hygiene projects. * Ability to work in fast‑paced environments, various weather conditions, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. * Willingness to travel up to 90% regionally and work nights or weekends as needed. * Valid driver’s license, good driving history, and reliable transportation required. * Ability to wear a respirator, safety harness, and required PPE.
