Job Description Lead implementation for at least one or two large‐sized projects while ensuring high quality, scalable, and efficient solutions. Drive resolution of risk areas, provide accurate status updates, and mentor less tenured developers. Create unit tests to guarantee accuracy and design and develop complex solutions that meet business requirements within schedule. Responsibilities Lead parts of implementation for at least one or two large sized projects. Program technically medium-to-highly complex solutions based on business requirements. Create unit tests to ensure accuracy. Track record of identifying the largest risk areas and driving resolution of these issues. Provide accurate and timely input regarding status of technical tasks. Ensure project goals and overall development objectives are being met. Design and develop high‑quality, scalable, and efficient solutions on schedule. Mentor lesser tenured developers within the team. Qualifications Mandatory skills: Java, Spring Boot. Preferred skills: Git, CI/CD pipeline.
