The Story Behind the Name

As one of the most sought-after breeders in the nation, the Antonacci family has been synonymous with racing greatness and integrity for over 50 years. Their involvement as owners and breeders of five Hambletonian Champions, some of the greatest racehorses the sport has ever seen, makes them well-known on harness racing's biggest stages. To reflect this proud history, they selected GreatHorse, English for "Gran Cavallo," the title of Leonardo Da Vinci's magnificent horse statue.

Food and Beverage Server

Position Summary:

The Food and Beverage server is responsible for providing an excellent member experience within our private lifestyle club.

Your Role:

• Interact with members while performing service duties.
• Assess members' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Become proficient in food and beverage menu knowledge.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Set up and break down all food and beverage events
• Maintains reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.

Your Skills:

• Experience as a server/bartender is a plus
• Computer literacy - POS system knowledge
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and motivated.

Desirable requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
