ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Wanda Carlson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Our agency is very active in community events and love helping people. The agency has been in Milford for 22 years and works with many nonprofit organizations.  There are 3 full time and 3 part time employees.  We are looking for people who are sales driven and motivated with assisting current and future customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
