Recognized for leading high-performing teams and executing exceptional products with precision, creativity, and operational excellence. Proven success in managing luxury pastry kitchens, driving innovation, maintaining the highest quality standards, and developing talent within fast-paced, high-volume environments.

License/Certification:

• Nevada Food Handlers' certification or ability to obtain (Preferred)
