Visual Quality Assurance Technician

Step into a role where your careful eye keeps every part on track. As a Visual Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll move between stations, examine components up close, and correct small flaws before products head out the door.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Schedule Options

• Hybrid Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Note: Reliability and willingness to work mandatory Saturdays are part of this role.

A Day in the Role

You begin your shift by reviewing the day’s priorities and gathering parts for inspection. With clear standards in hand, you scan each surface for rust, nicks, or other imperfections. When you spot something, you document it—and, when appropriate, you fix it on the spot through light rework. Throughout the day, you keep tools organized, your area tidy, and safety front and center.

What You’ll Tackle

• Perform meticulous visual inspections of parts and components.
• Record defects that fall outside of quality specifications.
• Carry out light rework, such as removing rust or correcting surface flaws.
• Uphold a clean, orderly work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Follow established safety practices and company quality protocols.

• Prior inspection or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.
