Real Estate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Corporate and Real Estate Attorney to join its office in Muskegon, MI. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, negotiating and drafting real estate, corporate, and commercial agreements, and corporate governance and compliance. Candidates must demonstrate strong business development skills and possess excellent drafting and communication abilities. A license to practice law in Michigan, or the ability to obtain one, is required. Duties Negotiate and draft real estate, corporate, and commercial agreements. Advise on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Engage in business development activities. Requirements Minimum of four years of relevant legal experience. Strong business development skills. Excellent drafting and communication abilities. Licensed to practice law in Michigan or eligible to become licensed. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Michigan. Skills Proficiency in drafting legal documents. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
