Position: Chemistry PhD Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $65–$75/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Base Pay Range $65.00/hr - $75.00/hr Role Responsibilities Craft high-quality, challenging chemistry problems with real-world applicability for AI training and evaluation. Solve and review domain-specific problems to ensure accuracy, rigor, and clarity. Apply advanced chemistry expertise to improve AI understanding of complex scientific concepts. Collaborate asynchronously with a team of domain experts on problem design and refinement. Ensure all contributions meet high standards for precision, structure, and scientific validity. Requirements Master’s or PhD in Chemistry. Strong command of core and advanced chemistry concepts. High attention to detail and analytical rigor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to produce clear, structured content suitable for AI systems and expert review. Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
