Enhancements Account Manager

Bedrock Landscaping is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enhancements Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, selling and coordinating landscape enhancement projects, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction from estimate through completion. The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor service environment. Maintain strong client communication throughout each project.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of residential and/or commercial landscaping clients
• Identifying opportunities for landscape enhancements and upgrades
• Preparing and presenting estimates, proposals, and project recommendations
• Coordinating with production crews, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion
• Conducting site visits to evaluate properties and verify scope of work
• Tracking sales activity, follow-ups, and project progress in CRM or job management system
• Ensuring all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
• Supporting upselling and long-term account growth
• Previous experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, construction, or outdoor services preferred
• Strong sales or account management experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read basic landscape plans or site layouts (preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting job sites regularly
• Valid driver's license
