Unit Manager LPN/RN

Position Nurse Unit Manager Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $70,000 - $90,000. OnShift Wallet – access up to 50% of earned wages instantly, anytime, anywhere. Requirements Graduate from an accredited nursing program Current Tennessee Nursing (RN/LPN) license Preferred: 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients Exhibits leadership skills Responsibilities Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and develop or revise individualized plans of care. Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision making. Ensure that appropriate nursing care is provided. Assist with medications and treatments. Supervise and coach nurses and other nursing partners. Participate in various meetings daily and monthly. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
