Job Description
- Manage all phases of commercial ground up construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure alignment with goals.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Promote a culture of quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
- A background in managing commercial construction projects within the construction industry
- 5+ years experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Procore experience.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- The ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
