The office delivers comprehensive client care and provides administrative support, including billing, allowing clinicians to focus on treatment. What You’ll Do Deliver thoughtful, tailored care: conduct mental health intakes, develop treatment plans, and complete documentation in alignment with company standards. Maintain a minimum of 25 direct client‑facing hours per week and provide 35 hours of initial scheduling availability to support steady caseload growth. Offer exceptional service to clients while collaborating with a passionate, purpose‑driven team. Apply creativity to interventions, empowering clients to achieve and often surpass therapeutic goals. Submit concise documentation for every session following prescribed protocols. Collaborate across systems, partnering with families, case managers, schools, medical professionals, and colleagues to provide coordinated care. Invest in professional development through meetings, trainings, and continuous learning opportunities. Handle additional responsibilities that support a supportive clinic culture. Required Qualifications & Core Competencies Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution. Full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan – LMFT, LMSW, LPC, LLP, or equivalent. Experience creating and implementing treatment plans and maintaining detailed clinical documentation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish and uphold stable, ethical boundaries with clients. Timely completion of session records, service notes, and required documentation. Comfortable working with a diverse population across ages and backgrounds. Proficiency with office tools and electronic health records (EHR); knowledge of Valant preferred. Preferred Qualifications & Expertise Prior private practice experience. Knowledge of therapy services, community support systems, insurance billing, effective documentation, and referral networks. Multiple insurance panel and EAP credentials to expand care access.
