Property Manager

Tasks: Oversee a team that does: Customer service, manage delinquencies, do outreach and tours, managing open houses, handling complaints and maintenance, make sure the property is clean.

Qualifications: 2+ years of property management experience, experience managing over 300 apartments, good communication skills, responsible, proactive, must have a good leasing background and collections background, 800 units, 70 buildings.

Benefits: PTO, health insurance, vacation.
