Title: RN – Homecare/Hospice

Location: West Point, NE
Shift: Variable Days | 8 Hours × 5 Days | 40 Hours/Week
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks, with possibility of extension

Local Pay: $50/hour
Travel Pay: $2,100/week

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Homecare/Hospice assignment serving patients within approximately a 30-mile radius of West Point, Nebraska .

The RN will typically visit 3–5 homes per day and provide skilled nursing services to patients in their home environment.

Monday–Friday schedule with every 4th weekend on-call requirement.

• Service area within approximately 30 miles of West Point, NE
• Vehicle and gas provided to travelers
• Paid housing may be available

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in homecare and hospice settings.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other prescribed therapies.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and family members regarding disease management, medications, treatments, and care plans.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families dealing with serious or terminal illnesses.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and timely.
• Communicate significant changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Provide on-call nursing support according to the established schedule.
• Follow applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards for homecare and hospice services.
