Assistant Store Managers are responsible for day‑to‑day store operations including scheduling, training, and supervising employees. They also oversee store profitability, inventory, customer service, and safety. The role requires strong communication skills and flexible work schedules. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations. Help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, recordkeeping, and stocking. Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers. Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. Execute and oversee food programs to ensure quality and efficiency for customers. Requirements Dependable attendance and flexibility with schedulable hours. Enthusiastic attitude for customer service. Professional presentation and interpersonal communications. Ability to motivate others. Ability to achieve performance standards. Ability to meet physical demands such as walking, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. High School Diploma. Must be 20+ years of age at time of hire.
