The Omar Kordahi State Farm Agency is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Account Representative who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and creating new business.

You don’t need to know everything about insurance on day one. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a sales mindset who is motivated to learn, grow, and be rewarded for their results.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, health, and other State Farm products
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers
• Identify opportunities to help customers better protect themselves and their families
• Ask for referrals and help generate new business
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Provide a great customer experience from start to finish

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
• Is motivated by goals, commission, and results
• Is comfortable making recommendations and asking for the business
• Has strong communication and follow-up skills
• Is positive, coachable, and eager to improve
• Takes ownership and follows through
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right person. Experience in sales, banking, financial services, real estate, automotive, hospitality, or other customer-focused roles can translate well into this position.
