Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care to address the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Oversee the nurse aide team, giving direction & assignments, providing training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or higher. Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to complex patient issues. Excellent customer‑service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care. Team‑player attitude, dedicated to supporting team members and achieving goals.
