Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate / Forklift OperatorWe are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and material handling. This role requires experience operating a sit-down forklift, loading and unloading trucks, and preparing materials for customer deliveries and project needs. This is a full-time temporary opportunity for dependable candidates who have recent warehouse experience, strong attendance, and the ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment.ResponsibilitiesPull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipmentLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyOperate a sit-down forklift to move, stage, and organize materialsReceive, verify, stage, and stock incoming inventoryPrepare and stage materials for customer deliveries and project requirementsRead and follow work orders to ensure order accuracyMaintain inventory organization and material flow throughout the warehouseKeep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and safe at all timesFollow all company safety policies and warehouse proceduresRequired QualificationsMinimum of 6 months of recent warehouse experienceMinimum of 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experienceStable work history with no employment gaps greater than 3 monthsAbility to read and understand work ordersAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously throughout the shiftAbility to stand, bend, lift, and pull for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyReliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory managementProduct knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse products and processesExperience working in distribution, industrial, or material handling environments
