• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, rollers, and backhoes.
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, site preparation, and material handling activities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Follow project specifications, grade stakes, and site plans.
• Work closely with laborers, foremen, and project managers to ensure project completion.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment at all times.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues.

• Previous experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and site layouts.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.

This is a Permanent position based out of Waukesha, WI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
