Job Description
We are hiring a Board-Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a full-time opportunity in Illinois . This is an urgent need with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
Locations:Sycamore (Urgent Need)
Elgin
Full-Time
Provide evidence-based care to adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute & chronic conditions
Perform preventive care and health screenings
Participate in population health and quality improvement initiatives
Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff (MA, LPN, RN, NP, PA)
Handle on-call coverage and inpatient rounding (as needed)
Deliver comprehensive primary care services
Ensure compliance with all state/federal regulations and organizational policies
Maintain productivity and efficiency standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Participate in training, supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives
MD / DO degree
Board Certified / Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active Illinois State License
Valid DEA Certificate
