We’re looking for experienced, dependable line cooks to join our kitchen team.
We operate two busy concepts under one roof:
- Flip Side – burgers, shakes, craft beer
- Porta Rossa – steaks, seafood, pasta, and Italian specialties
If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in your work, and can stay calm during a busy service, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Work efficiently on the line during service
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members
- Help with prep and closing duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend and evening availability
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
